11.4 million US visitors landed here last year. Most cafes still greet them with a Spanish-only Facebook page.
The US alone sent 11.4 million visitors to Cancun in 2025, and Cancun International logged 5.9 million international passengers in the first stretch of 2026 on top of that. Almost all of them search in English before they leave the hotel, standing in the Zona Hotelera or a Playa del Carmen rental with a phone and a coffee craving.
What usually goes wrong
The cafes we look at along the Cancun and Riviera Maya coast tend to run on an Instagram grid in Spanish, a Google listing with no menu, and hours nobody has updated since low season. A traveler searching cafe near me in English gets no page to land on, so the walk-in goes to whichever spot a blog already wrote up for tourists.
How we build
We build a short English landing page built around what a traveler actually needs mid-search: a real text menu with prices in pesos and dollars, accurate hours, a WhatsApp button for a quick question, and a map tap that opens straight to the door. Live in days, no app, no login for the owner to manage.
From the Zona Hotelera strip to the beach towns down the Riviera Maya toward Playa del Carmen and Tulum, the cafes catching the resort crowd are the ones a traveler's phone can read before they even get off the sun lounger.
